SSG have a fleet of service vehicles and team of field operatives that we manage remotely. Client requests received by our head office are immediately relayed to our operatives via a Personal Data Assistant (PDA) which they carry with them at all times.

All service vehicles are fitted with tracking devices which means we can continuously monitor their location and thereby identify which vehicle is the closest to the relevant building.

However, having the right people on the ground is equally important and we ensure that all our operatives have the necessary skills and qualifications to undertake whatever specialist work may be required.

As we manufacture many of the components used in our installations (and carry spares for many other manufacturers) we are generally able to source replacement parts very quickly.

Finally, we also provide an online job status report facility, accessed via this website. You enter a secure area within the site to view the progress of your job, where we operate a colour coded progress report system to assist you further.
